Steve did a great job. We are very satisfied with the way the unit looks and with the increase in speed throughout the house. In the living and dining rooms, the wireless download speed is now 7X faster than it was (about 235mbps). And the hard line will be perfect when I need a completely flutter-free connection.

After getting no help from Best Buy telephone customer assistance (both local and national) I decided to Google what I needed and found Nextday Techs.  I called Dean on a Sunday and he spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with me answering my questions and patiently explaining things.  He even called me back to ask me something that hadn't occurred to me -- which is not something you get from most companies.  I didn't have to talk to a machine, wait on hold, talk to someone uninformed, etc., all of which I really appreciated.

Was it a little strange at first to have my credit card asked for up front?  Sure, but I got a good feeling from talking to Dean that these guys were a legit, reputable business.  I had this suspicion confirmed when Paul showed up for my appointment and did a great job.  He, like Dean, was happy to answer all of our questions and be flexible with our requests.  He even helped me move some furniture (which he certainly had no obligation to do).  The installation took a while, but Paul made sure it got done right, which I really appreciated.  He also gave me some great advice on buying a sound bar and even stayed a bit late to talk about travel experiences.  I obviously can't speak for any other technicians, but Paul was fabulous and I had a very positive experience.

Bottom line, I recommend them

 The Techs/Installers, (Joe and Andy)  installed  electronic equipment (TV's, Blue Ray's, WII, Cable Boxes, and Sound Bar) with the utmost perfection, knowledge and efficiency. BECAUSE I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH PREVIOUS WALL INSTALLATIONS BY ANOTHER INSTALLER, I DECIDED TO CALL NEXTDAYTECHS ABOUT AN INSTALLATION FOR A RECENT PURCHASE OF A LED TV. I WAS SURPRISED THAT A TECH SAVVY PERSON ANSWERED MY CALL. LOOKING AT THEIR WEBSITE, I THOUGHT I NEEDED THE $399 (PICASSO) INSTALLATION; HOWEVER, DEAN ASKED A LOT OF PERTINENT QUESTIONS -- THEN RECOMMENDED THE $299 (DALI) INSTALLATION INSTEAD. A SECOND SURPRISE WAS TO HAVE THE MAN BEHIND THE PHONE INSTALL OUR TV. I WAS IMPRESSED AT HOW ORGANIZED AND NEAT HE WAS: LAYING OUT THE PARTS, PLACING BLUE TAPE ON THE WALL FOR ACCURACY, CUTTING THE WALL OPENINGS, AND CLEANING UP AS HE WORKED.

FROM BEGINNING TO END -- NEXTDAYTECHS PROVIDED PROFESSIONAL AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE. IN ADDITION, NEXTDAYTECHS WAS $260 LESS THAN THE QUOTE BY OUR PREVIOUS INSTALLER.

WE WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND NEXTDAYTECHS TO OTHERS.

I hired Nextdaytechs based on all 5 star reviews even though I noticed that there were not many reviews written about this company. I was completely satisfied.They did exactly what they said they would do in the time frame they estimated. I was replacing one smaller flat screen plasma TV with a larger flat screen LCD TV. They brought a wall mount specific for the newer TV after asking for the specific model number prior to installation in case the existing mount would not fit the new LCD (something other installers would not do). The old mount did not fit the new TV as it turned out and because they had the common sense to ask what TV I had purchased the installation was a breeze. Their charges were exactly what they estimated on the phone. A pleasure to do business, no excuses just service the next day as advertised.

Williams "free spirit"  (REAL NAME)     I just wanted to follow up with some comments about the work done on April 20th by Nextday Techs to get a stand assembled and components installed. First, I am VERY HAPPY with the service I received. Mr. Waterfield was on time and worked diligently to get my components working. He put the stand together fairly quickly and had the television and sound projector mounted shortly thereafter. I can appreciate that he was not familiar with the sound projector as it is a new item with Yamaha this year, with all kinds of bells and whistles. He was honest about not having worked with one of these before, and showed extreme diligence and DETERMINATION in getting it to work properly. I kept telling him that he really didn't have to do all that and that I would work with my daughter and Yamaha if necessary. He wasn't buying any of that and insisted it was part of his job to get it all working properly. I really appreciated that about him, because I do believe that others would possibly have fled the scene. He decided to call back to the office, and then he called Yamaha. Shortly thereafter, he had the projector working. He also took the time to show me how to use correct remotes to turn things on and off. I was also impressed how he made a neat and orderly cable assembly out of what had been a horrible mess. Also, he removed all packaging and cartons so that you could not tell he had been there except for the excellent end results.  I am very satisfied with the work done and would recommend Nextday Techs to others.  J. My 52 inc TV installation was done fast and correctly, all wires were hidden behind the wall and clean job well done. Not even a scratch or mess in the house. They installed electrical outlet behind the TV which was $200 less that other services.  Nice work & great job Jason and Alex I will highly recommend them.
